Personal Care ServicesPersonal care services are available to residents of Pinnacle Place who require limited assistance. Personal assistance is provided by our specially trained homemakers, and includes medication reminders, bathing assistance and dressing assistance. These services are included as part of the expanded service package. Feel secure knowing that you have priority access to Big Meadows Nursing Home should your needs change.
Dining Services
Housekeeping & Laundry ServicesAll apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis by our qualified homemaker staff. Towels, washcloths, sheets and pillow cases are also laundered by our staff. Residents choosing the expanded service package are also provided with personal laundry service. Residents may also utilize the on-site laundry facilities.
Social Activities & Outings Program
Beauty and Barber ShopResidents can visit our on-site Beauty and Barber shop for all of their hair care needs. Our licensed cosmetologist makes weekly visits.
Gathering RoomResidents are able to gather, socialize and relax in our newly remodeled lounge. The new area includes game tables and a large screen TV. There is also a VCR and DVD player available for use. This is a great chance for residents to gather and enjoy their favorite movies on the "Big Screen"!

Pinnacle Place, established in 1997, is located atop the Savanna bluffs, overlooking the scenic Mississippi River. Pinnacle Place offers beautiful two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio apartments with unparalleled views. Each unit is complete with a private bath, fully-equipped kitchen and living room. Pinnacle Place is designed to provide seniors with affordable options and maintain their independence with carefree retirement living.
Pinnacle Place offers home cooked, nutritionally balanced meals daily in our lovely dining room. Residents choosing the expanded service package are provided with three meals per day and those choosing the basic service package are provided with two meals per day. Meals include both full and continental breakfasts and dinner buffets.
Pinnacle Place provides an active social calendar, including a variety of recreational outings each month. Activities are optional and include BINGO, Garden Club, Bible Study, exercise classes, Adopt-A-Grandparent Program, travelogues, musical entertainment, and trips to community events.
